TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE DTE GROUP
It is with great pleasure that we can announce, that we have entered into an agreement regarding the purchase of the company Dansk Eksport Emballage ApS (DEE) located in Føvling close to Vejen.
DEE has an annual turnover of approx. 50 million DKK and employs approx. 40 employees.
DEE will in the future become a department under Dansk Træemballage A/S on equal terms with our other departments in Denmark, with the department name DTE Føvling.
All employees from DEE will remain in DTE, and the department will continue to produce special packaging as today. The commercial goods that DEE sells today will in the future be delivered from other DTE departments.
In addition, DEE has many packaging tasks for good customers, which will continue, and we hope that we can expand this part of the business together.
We hope you will all welcome our new department, and together help us make use of the many synergies our family life gives us. We must continuously improve ourselves and be ready to adapt, in order to cope with the challenges, we face. If we constantly ensure this, we can maintain our positive development in earnings, which is the best security for our joint future.
