It is with great pleasure that we can announce, that we have entered into an agreement to acquire AB Karl Hedin Emballage. Closing will take place on May 9, 2025.
Karl Hedin Emballage is one of Sweden’s largest wood packaging companies with 10 production sites in Sweden, one in Estonia and sales of approx. DKK 410 million in 2024 with approx. 275 employees. The company focuses on specialty packaging including wooden boxes, specialty pallets as well as plywood packaging with a high level of innovation.
AB Karl Hedin Emballage will continue to operate under its current brand and management team.
